Cart is empty
When we release a new theme version, most probably you'll want to update your theme to it's latest version.
Once you have purchased one of our CS-Cart themes and already have it installed on your storefront URL, but you do not want to bother, or simply do not have the necessary time to update it, we can do a professional theme update for you.
For us to be able to update the theme, please provide us with the following details, by opening a ticket on our support platfrom www.support.energothemes.com
1. FTP details: server address, username, password
2. Store Admin details: link to your store admin, username, password
Once we have all of these details, the theme update will take place in maximum 24 business hours. You'll receive an email when the theme update has been completed.
Please note that if a newer version of our theme also contains added compatibility with a newer/latest CS-Cart version, you need to firstly update your CS-Cart software to the newer/latest CS-Cart version before we start the theme update process.
Also, the Professional Theme Update service refers strictly to the service of installing the new version of a theme on your store, and it does not refer to extending your theme updates subscription.
The service expires if the above required details are not sent within 30 days from purchase.
